I grew up in La Jolla, California and remember always feeling the beauty of the ocean and our coastline as something special. Capturing this beauty in my work is what I strive for and hope that you see it as well. Each day that I am out in the open painting, it is an experience filled with meditative moments and reflections on the place I have chosen to paint as well as the people that I meet.

Biography
Born and raised in La Jolla, California. I have always been attracted to being creative in my life. As a child I painted pictures of horses and family pets. I always had my hands busy making clothing for myself or friends. I attended San Diego State University for a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Arts, as well as a community college for an Associates degree in Fashion Design. Both helped me in my career in clothing design for a local company in San Diego. My career has evolved into sales and management, but my passion is painting and I look forward to bringing this to the forefront of my life. I feel that being able to express myself in a creative way is so important and I hope that my paintings express my joy of what I am able to do.Upcoming Events and Exhibits
