After living in France for five years she returned to her roots and now lives in St. Bruno, Québec. She was invited by Le Cercle des Artistes Peintres et Sculpteurs du Québec to participate in their 23rd annual exhibit at the Château Dufresne's museum in Montreal, were she won an award "Grande Distinction" in the realism category for the originality, technique and aesthetic value for her watercolour "La Vie en Rose".
